Carl is a graduate of the US Naval Academy and a former US Marine Corps pilot with a BS in Engineering. He has worked as an adjunct trainer at the Center for Creative Leadership in Greensboro, North Carolina, and specializes in speaking, leadership coaching, team building, organizational development, and professional recruiting. Carl is a leadership innovation strategist who helps leaders go from being mediocre to maximizing their potential.
